Yuketen SS 2011 collection: One foot in the future

I suppose it's a good a time as any to be casting our minds forward a year. With any luck I'll be sitting here as I am right now, except a pair of these Yuketens from the SS11 collection will have replaced my flip flops.

Maybe those tan suede chukkas, or the hunting boot with the Vibram sole. I think I'll skip the animal prints though.

PS: I expect Alessandro in Rome will have an eye on these, as he will by now have experienced the extent of the craftsmanship to go into the manufacture of these shoes.

This is because he is now the proud owner of my Country Loafers. It has been a sad loss, but they are no doubt on far more deserving and better fitting feet.

And they will tread a more refined path.
