Rapha Cycle Club: Hurry along

Shops need to do more than just sell you stuff these days, that much is evident given the state of retail right now. They need to offer the full package, make you feel part of the zeitgeist, offer you a cup of coffee.

Lo and behold, that's exactly what you get with the Rapha Cycle Club. A shop for cyclists as well as a cafe and a hangout, they've even got events planned over the forthcoming season, including live screenings of races.

A club in every sense of the word, and you can even get the T-shirt.

Just a shame it's only open for three months.

  1. I am such a fan of Rapha, and I just keep expecting the bubble to burst. Thankfully it just gets better and better. I understand their profits have rocketed over the last 12 months, and good for them. They just do things right. Do I ride to wear Rapha or do I wear Rapha to ride! Nice photos Graham.

  2. Yeah they're a true success story and I think the way they have developed this whole interactive ethos is helping to drive the brand. People in retail should be sitting up and taking note.

Can't take credit for the photos unfortunately!
